Vivek Raghunathan

Vivek Raghunathan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Snowflake. He joined the enterprise software firm following its May 2023 acquisition of Neeva, an ad-free, AI-powered consumer search engine that he co-founded. Prior to launching Neeva, Raghunathan spent over a decade at Google, advancing through roles including Distinguished Engineer and Principal Engineer before ultimately serving as Vice President of Engineering. During his extensive tenure there, he directed YouTube monetization efforts and operated as a core technical leader in the development and launch of the Google Now application. He holds a doctorate and master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside a bachelor of science degree from IIT Bombay. His professional background centers on advancing complex search technology, developing artificial intelligence products, and scaling large engineering organizations.
