Vivek Ladsariya

Vivek Ladsariya is the Managing Director at Pioneer Square Labs and a General Partner at PSL Ventures in Seattle, Washington. He joined the firm in 2024 after relocating from the Bay Area to lead pre-seed and seed investments from PSL's $100 million Fund II and support the creation of new studio spinouts. Previously, Ladsariya spent seven years as a General Partner at SineWave Ventures, where he backed prominent enterprise technology companies including Databricks, Rescale, and MindMeld, which was later acquired by Cisco. Before transitioning to venture capital, the 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree co-founded and exited two startups, GameGarage in 2011 and Moyyer Secondary Markets. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from Yale University. His current investment focus centers on early-stage enterprise software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and industrial technology.
