Vivek Chadha

Vivek Chadha is a Partner at Hourglass Venture Partners and a General Partner at Unbridled Ventures, serving concurrently as a board member for Venture First. Over a twenty-year career, he has operated as a founder and executive, notably launching Backupify, which raised $22 million before its acquisition by Datto. Chadha previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Telco Cloud at Rakuten Symphony, and held leadership positions at Tata Communications and Wipro. As an angel investor and advisor, he has supported more than 100 startups, building a portfolio that includes Acquire.com, Space Tango, and SentryHealth. He holds a computer science engineering degree, completed an executive program at London Business School, and authored the book Startupology. His current focus centers on guiding early-stage B2B software companies through initial go-to-market strategies, artificial intelligence implementation, and operational scaling.
