Vinoth Jayakumar

Vinoth Jayakumar is a Partner at Molten Ventures based in London, England, where he leads Series A and later-stage investments in European technology companies. Prior to his promotion to Partner in 2023, he served as a Principal at Balderton Capital from 2017 to 2021 and held an earlier engineering position at Cisco Systems. Over his decade-long venture capital career, Jayakumar has managed a portfolio of more than 20 companies and backed notable unicorns such as Revolut, alongside exits like the 2021 initial public offering of Cazoo. He recently led Molten's participation in a €35 million Series A round for AI startup Eudia in October 2024, and he holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. His current investment focus centers on early-stage SaaS, financial technology, developer tools, climate tech, and enterprise software startups scaling across the European market.
