Vincent Huang

Vincent Huang is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Rescript, an artificial intelligence startup based in Washington, District of Columbia. The legal technology company, which currently operates with a team of approximately three employees, participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 accelerator program. At Rescript, Huang develops specialized AI-driven tools designed to help government and regulatory affairs professionals monitor complex legislative and policy developments. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he worked directly in the federal government, staffing the House Science Committee in the United States Congress. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Stanford University. Today, Huang combines his technical expertise and public sector experience to focus on building compliance and public affairs solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and regulatory law.
