Vincent Diallo

Vincent Diallo is the Managing Partner at Interlace Ventures and Co-founder of Bleu Capital LLC, based in San Francisco, California. At Interlace Ventures, he oversees early-stage investments focused on commerce technology across North America, having raised a $14 million debut fund in 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for an independent Western food importer in China, where he helped grow annual revenue from $50 million to $200 million before its acquisition by Savencia Group Bongrain. Diallo began his career in auditing and transaction services at Deloitte, working in both the Paris and Shanghai offices with a specialization in the retail and manufacturing sectors. Additionally, he serves as a retail technology mentor at the Alchemist Accelerator. His current focus centers on leveraging his operational finance background to scale emerging retail and e-commerce technology startups.
