Vinay Trivedi

Vinay Trivedi is a Principal on the BeyondNetZero team at General Atlantic, based in New York, USA. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has led over $3 billion in technology investments across the software and hard tech sectors, including major transactions with Sierra Space and Clear Secure. Prior to his current role, Trivedi worked in private equity at The Blackstone Group, served as a product manager at Citymapper, and evaluated investments for the SoftBank Vision Fund. He holds an AB in computer science from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford GSB, and he authored the 2019 book "How to Speak Tech." His current investment focus centers on growth equity opportunities within the climate technology, semiconductor, and robotics industries for an asset management firm overseeing more than $80 billion in total capital.
