Viktoriya Tigipko

Viktoriya Tigipko is a Partner and co-founder at TA Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Before establishing the investment firm in 2016, she served as a Managing Partner at Horizon Capital and earned her MBA from INSEAD. Under her direct leadership, TA Ventures has accumulated over $100 million in assets under management and built a portfolio of more than 50 active companies. Her investment record includes early financial backing of the consumer hardware startup Petcube and the major Ukrainian e-commerce marketplace Rozetka. In 2024, she directed a $25 million fundraise for the firm's third fund, specifically targeting technology startups across the Central and Eastern European regions. Tigipko currently focuses on deploying capital into early-stage fintech, healthtech, and SaaS technology enterprises while actively supporting the broader regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.
