Vikram Jayanthi is the co-founder of PromptArmor, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup focused on developing advanced security and compliance solutions for large language models. Before establishing this artificial intelligence security venture, he built a foundational career in software engineering with a specialized emphasis on infrastructure and enterprise security. His professional background includes technical roles at prominent technology corporations, specifically working on complex backend systems at Google, Roblox, and Symantec. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a degree combining Computer Science and Public Policy. Through his previous corporate engineering experience and his academic background, he developed the technical framework necessary to address modern data protection challenges.
