Vijayaraj Gopinath

Vijayaraj Gopinath is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OneStopKitchen, an AI restaurant technology platform based in Sunnyvale, California. Before establishing the company in November 2021 alongside co-founder Viggnesh Kandasamy, he spent over seven years as a software engineer at Google, where he developed safety scoring and crime data integration for Google Maps routing algorithms. His earlier engineering experience includes work on Project Shield at Nvidia, as well as co-founding the geofenced appointment system VirtualQueue and the merchandising service HungryGift. Under his leadership, OneStopKitchen participated in Y Combinator's S21 batch, secured $2 million in seed funding in 2022, and has since advanced to the Series C stage with a team of ten employees. Gopinath currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize restaurant logistics, inventory management, and multi-location scaling through digital food court models.
