Vijay Chattha

Vijay Chattha is a General Partner at VSC Ventures based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He previously served as a Partner at Golden Ventures and held early-stage investment roles at Relay Ventures and BDC Capital after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. At VSC Ventures, Chattha manages a portfolio of over 20 companies and recently led a $15 million Series A funding round for the artificial intelligence startup Nexlify in March 2025. His venture capital track record includes notable startup exits such as the acquisition of Bench by Block, alongside active participation in major industry events like the annual Collision Conference.
