Vignesh Varadarajan

Vignesh Varadarajan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vogent, an artificial intelligence startup based in San Francisco, USA. Prior to his current executive role, he co-founded Elto alongside Jagath Vytheeswaran in 2020, serving as the company's Chief Technology Officer to develop an AI-powered parallel dialer for enterprise sales teams. Before entering the technology startup ecosystem, Varadarajan worked as a software and machine learning engineer at Apple and held a software engineering position at IBM. He holds a computer science degree from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and successfully led Vogent through the Y Combinator accelerator program as part of its Summer 2021 cohort. Today, his technical background and entrepreneurial ventures remain heavily focused on building conversational AI platforms, voice agents, and scalable machine learning systems for modern sales automation.
