Vignesh Chandramouli

Vignesh Chandramouli is a Partner at Oak HC/FT, where he focuses on early-stage and growth equity healthcare investments. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has built a portfolio of active investments and serves on the boards of six companies, including Ambience, Osso VR, and Stepful. He also acts as a board observer for Main Street Health, Notable, and Reveleer, following prior investments in Aspire Health and CareBridge. Before his tenure at Oak HC/FT, Chandramouli worked as an Associate at LLR Partners and earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. His industry recognition includes being named to the 2023 EVC List and the 2024 Business Insider list of 45 Rising Stars of Venture Capital. His career remains centered on identifying and scaling innovative healthcare technology and services companies.
