Victoria Zuo

Victoria Zuo is a Partner at QED Investors based in San Francisco, where she leads the firm's early-stage domestic investment team focused on fintech. Promoted to her current role in September 2025 after initially joining as a Principal in May 2022, she has championed venture deals for portfolio companies including Fermàt, XP Health, Aghanim, and Astrada. Prior to joining QED Investors, Zuo led fintech investing at Gradient Ventures, Google’s early-stage venture capital fund, targeting insurance, e-commerce software, and financial infrastructure startups. She began her professional career in technology sector mergers and acquisitions at Qatalyst Partners, advising major corporate clients on more than $20 billion in sell-side transactions. Her current investment focus centers on early-stage financial technology and commerce businesses, leveraging her extensive background in transaction advisory and venture capital to identify non-consensus opportunities.
