Victoria Pettibone

Victoria Pettibone is the Managing Partner at Astia, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. She oversees an investment strategy focused on women-led startups across the software, artificial intelligence, and healthtech sectors, managing over $200 million in assets and a portfolio of more than 50 companies. Pettibone recently led the $20 million close of Astia's Fund III in 2024 and joined the board of directors for portfolio company Viz.ai in early 2025. Previously, she served as a General Partner at Quake Capital Partners and began her career in management consulting at Bain & Company. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University. Her current focus remains on scaling early-stage enterprise technology ventures while advancing gender diversity within the broader venture capital ecosystem.
