Victoria Grace

Victoria Grace is the Founding Partner of Colle Capital Partners LP, an opportunistic early-stage technology venture fund based in New York, New York. Previously, she served as a Partner at Wall Street Technology Partners LP, managing a $125 million mid-stage technology fund, and worked as a Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Private Equity Group. Her early career included investment banking at Salomon Brothers and scientific cancer research at the National Institutes of Health and Washington University School of Medicine. Before entering venture capital, she co-founded the professional network Work It, Mom! LLC, operating it for five years before its merger, and later led investments in companies like Bread Finance and Doctor.com. Grace currently focuses on early-stage investments across enterprise software, digital health, and financial technology, leveraging over two decades of experience to back emerging technology startups globally.
