Victoria Fram

Victoria Fram is the Managing Director at VilCap Investments and Sobrato Capital, focusing on early-stage impact investing. Since co-founding the seed-stage venture capital firm Village Capital in 2012, she has directed capital into more than 100 companies across the agriculture, education, energy, financial inclusion, and healthcare sectors. Previously, Fram served on the Strategic Investment Fund team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and worked as an Investment Associate at Metropolitan Real Estate. A recognized Kauffman Fellow, she holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in international relations with a minor in Mandarin from Stanford University, and has also contributed to projects with the Acumen Fund. Her current focus centers on generating measurable social and environmental returns alongside financial gains while advocating for equitable capital distribution across geography, gender, and ethnicity in early-stage ventures.
