Victoria Drabkin

Victoria Drabkin is a Vice President at Bain Capital Ventures based in San Francisco, California, where she leads growth-stage investments across enterprise software, fintech, and infrastructure software. Prior to her promotion in early 2024, she served as a Principal at Battery Ventures from 2019 to 2022, managing over $500 million in capital deployments. Her investment portfolio includes prominent technology companies such as cybersecurity unicorn Snyk, developer platform Vercel, and SMS marketing platform Attentive, which reached a $1.1 billion valuation in 2021. Earlier in her career, Drabkin held roles in management consulting at Bain & Company and investment banking at Goldman Sachs, and she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School alongside a BA from Yale University. She currently focuses on scaling enterprise SaaS and developer tools, recently co-authoring her firm's 2025 State of Enterprise Software report.
