Victoria Cheng

Victoria Cheng is a Partner at PruVen Capital based in San Francisco, California, where she invests in pre-seed and seed-stage startups. She focuses on early-stage companies operating within the FinTech, InsureTech, healthcare, real estate, and enterprise IT sectors, typically writing initial checks starting around $5 million. Before her current role, Cheng joined Citi Ventures in 2014 to back emerging technology entrepreneurs, following early finance experience as a Finance Intern at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. Her investment portfolio includes prominent enterprise and healthcare startups such as Cowbell Cyber, Immuta, Braze, and Angle Health.
