Victor Wang

Victor Wang is a Partner at HOF Capital, where he leads early-stage investment strategies across multiple technology sectors. In his current capacity, he serves on the board of directors for Motion and previously led the firm's early-stage investment in BillionToOne prior to its successful public market debut. Before entering venture capital, Wang worked as a technology investment banker advising startups on capital raises and exit strategies, and he managed a 150-person business unit at a Fortune 100 company that generated over $30 million in annual revenue. His technical foundation includes conducting genomic research at Stanford University and earning a bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley. Wang currently focuses on leveraging his combined background in biological sciences, startup operations, and corporate finance to identify and scale emerging technology enterprises across the venture ecosystem.
