Victor Noguera

Victor Noguera is the cofounder and CEO of Clau, a proptech platform based in Mexico City that operates as a comprehensive residential real estate marketplace. Originally launched as the iBuyer Flat, the company raised a large seed round and a $25 million Series A in 2021 from investors including Liquid 2 Ventures and Picus Capital. Under his leadership, the platform pivoted to an MLS portal and expanded its service suite by acquiring the mortgage brokerage Hipoteca Genial in September 2023. Previously, Noguera founded STARTegy, a seed fund that invested in early stage ventures such as Belvo and Klar, with several portfolio companies subsequently joining Y Combinator. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in New York and Barcelona, and he holds an Industrial Engineering degree alongside an MBA from Berkeley Haas.
