Victor Echevarria

Victor Echevarria is a Partner at Jackson Square Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to transitioning to venture capital, he served as Vice President of Operations at TaskRabbit, where he managed supply-side growth and helped scale the marketplace platform prior to its successful 2017 acquisition by IKEA. Earlier in his professional career, Echevarria worked as a strategy consultant at IBM, advising global enterprise clients on complex technology implementation and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. His current investment focus centers on early-stage software and marketplace startups, leveraging his dual background in engineering and marketplace operations to evaluate and support emerging technology founders.
