Victor Darolfi

Victor Darolfi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Robotire, an automotive robotics and automation startup based in Mountain View, California. He brings over 11 years of specialized engineering experience in designing, fabricating, and deploying complex automation equipment across the global technology, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to his current venture, Darolfi built and implemented advanced robotic systems that currently operate at several prominent technology corporations, including Tesla, SpaceX, Intel, Zume Pizza, and Lam Research. At Robotire, he directs the engineering and commercialization of automated vehicle maintenance systems, specifically developing a proprietary robotic platform capable of changing four vehicle tires in exactly 10 minutes. Having previously achieved one successful startup exit, Darolfi maintains a strategic focus on scaling industrial robotics infrastructure to support the future servicing and maintenance requirements of autonomous vehicle fleets.
