Vic Gatto

Vic Gatto is the Founder and CEO of Jumpstart Foundry and Co-Founder of Jumpstart Health Investors, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Since 2001, he has directed over 200 early-stage investments across the broader healthcare sector, funding startups in medical devices, diagnostic tools, and data analytics. Through Jumpstart Foundry alone, he has facilitated capital deployment into 78 distinct portfolio companies. Gatto was an early seed investor in Change Healthcare, where he served as President and held a board seat for seven years as the company scaled into a publicly traded enterprise. Before establishing his current venture platforms, he operated as a partner at two venture capital firms and earned degrees from Amherst College and the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. His current professional focus centers on funding early-stage healthcare innovation and integrating emerging technologies into the medical industry.
