Veronica Osinski

Veronica Osinski currently serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Trifecta Fund, a venture capital investment firm where she leads capital allocation and portfolio strategy. Before launching her own investment vehicle, she built a foundational academic background in corporate finance and new venture creation at the University of Southern California. Osinski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the university's Marshall School of Business, where she demonstrated strong academic performance by graduating with a 3.96 grade point average. At Trifecta Fund, she leverages her dual expertise as both an entrepreneur and a venture capitalist to identify promising early-stage companies and manage the firm's broader investment operations.
