Vassil Terziev is the Managing Partner at Eleven Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund based in Sofia, Bulgaria. He previously co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Telerik, a developer tools company established in 2002 that ultimately grew to serve over 130,000 enterprise clients, including 450 Fortune 500 companies. Following Telerik's 2014 acquisition by Progress Software in Bulgaria's largest technology exit to date, Terziev transitioned to the role of Chief Innovation Officer before leaving the corporate sector in 2016. As an active angel investor who has directly mentored nearly 50 businesses, he also co-founded Telerik Academy, a leading digital education provider, and CampusX, the largest technology incubator in Southeast Europe. Terziev currently focuses his professional efforts on early-stage technology investments, developer tools, and fostering high-impact entrepreneurship across the broader Southeast European startup ecosystem.
