Varunram Ganesh

Varunram Ganesh is an engineer and growth leader who is currently building a new technology venture called Lapis. He previously served as the Head of Growth at Warp, a technology startup backed by Y Combinator during its Winter 2023 batch. In this capacity, Ganesh established the company's sales and marketing operations entirely from scratch, successfully driving its initial revenue growth from zero to $2.5 million. Prior to his tenure in startup growth, he spent two and a half years operating as a research engineer at the MIT Media Lab.
