Varsha Ramesh Walsh

Varsha Ramesh Walsh is the CEO and Co-founder of Offstream, an agricultural technology startup focused on carbon compliance and supply chain solutions. Prior to launching Offstream, she served as a Strategy Lead at Indigo Ag, where she spearheaded the development and launch of a traceable cotton business. During her tenure at Indigo Ag, Walsh scaled the traceable commodities division to generate $50 million in gross merchandise value bookings within a single year. Additionally, she managed significant operational expansions for the company, hiring 80 employees and directing $50 million toward corporate carbon compliance initiatives. Walsh holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she completed her graduate studies in 2023. Her professional focus remains centered on leveraging technology to address complex sustainability and supply chain traceability challenges within the global agribusiness sector.
