Vamsee Nalamothu

Vamsee Nalamothu is the Managing Partner at Nalamothu Ventures, an early-stage venture firm based in San Francisco, California. He manages over $50 million in assets and maintains a portfolio of more than fifteen investments with three exits, focusing on seed and Series A startups within enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Before transitioning to venture capital, he earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, held early-stage engineering roles, and successfully founded and exited a supply chain SaaS company. Nalamothu serves as an advisor to Bessemer Venture Partners, collaborates with the Y Combinator network and Salesforce, and recently led an $8 million seed round for an AI security startup in March 2025. His current focus remains on bridging technical engineering expertise with business scaling strategies to support high-growth B2B SaaS and AI infrastructure companies.
