Valère Rames

Valère Rames is a Partner at C4 Ventures based in Paris, France, where he leads early-stage investments in B2B software, infrastructure platforms, and artificial intelligence. Before joining C4 Ventures, he spent over a decade at Hi Inov–Dentressangle, starting in 2013, where he ultimately served as a Partner and participated in 25 venture capital investments. During his tenure, Rames led more than a dozen deals and held board positions at European technology startups including Deepki, Agorapulse, and Zelros, guiding several companies to cross-border exits with international buyers. He began his career working in the high-frequency trading and defense sectors before transitioning to venture capital as an analyst at Seventure Partners. Holding degrees from ESIEE Paris and ESSEC Business School, his current focus remains on funding Seed and Series A hypergrowth technology companies across the European market.
