Upeka Bee

Upeka Bee is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of DianaHR, an emerging human resources technology company focused on modernizing payroll and benefits platforms. Before launching her current venture, she served as the Head of Engineering for the HR Platform at Gusto, directing the technical development of core systems. Her earlier career includes specialized engineering and technical leadership roles at Salesforce, alongside experience building foundational technology infrastructure at several early-stage startups. She completed her education at Carnegie Mellon University, where she initially established a working relationship with her longtime collaborator and current co-founder, Tim Kral. DianaHR represents the third distinct entrepreneurial venture the duo has established together following their previous collaborative startup experiences. Her career remains focused on executive engineering leadership and the development of enterprise software solutions within the human resources sector.
