Uma Subramanian

Uma Subramanian is a venture capital professional currently serving as a Venture Partner at UP.Partners, a venture capital investment firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to transitioning into venture capital, she held prominent executive roles within the aviation and aerospace sectors, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Aero Technologies. She also spent over three years as the Chief Executive Officer of Voom, an on-demand urban air mobility company launched by the European aerospace corporation Airbus. Earlier in her career, she gained operational and engineering experience at organizations such as TaskRabbit and Northrop Grumman, while also completing her Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Today, her primary focus centers on leveraging her extensive background in aviation and technology to identify and support promising early-stage startups developing transformative mobility solutions.
