Tyler Christie

Tyler Christie is a Managing Director at Decarbonization Partners, a joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek focused on late-stage venture and early-growth climate technology investments. Before joining the BlackRock platform in 2022, he served as an investor and advisor at the global investment organization EQT, where he concentrated on venture and growth-stage climate tech opportunities. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Natural Capital Advisors, an entity through which he invested in more than fifteen climate technology startups and funds while advising corporate organizations on their sustainability strategies. Additionally, he co-founded the digital health startup Parla, which was subsequently acquired by the health and wellness retail chain Holland & Barrett. With over twenty years of professional experience dedicated to climate change solutions, Christie currently focuses on driving capital into innovative decarbonization technologies to support global net-zero emissions goals by 2050.
