Tyler Augusty

Tyler Augusty is a Partner and Investment Committee member at Resolute Capital Partners based in Nashville, Tennessee. He originally joined the private equity firm as a Director in 2016, where his daily responsibilities encompass deal sourcing, transaction execution, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor reporting. Prior to his current position, Augusty served as Director of the Council & Enhanced Tennessee Fund, overseeing overall fund management and operations. His earlier career includes working alongside Andy Tatman at Harbert Mezzanine Partners and holding various financial positions within the Morgan Keegan Investment Banking Group. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia, earning two distinct Bachelor's degrees. Today, Augusty maintains a primary focus on middle-market private equity investments, leveraging his extensive background in fund operations and transaction execution to manage regional investment portfolios.
