Tushar Aggarwal is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of pSTAKE finance and Persistence, where he directs the development of liquid staking and interoperable financial protocols. Prior to launching these decentralized finance platforms, he served as a Venture Partner at Outlier Ventures, focusing specifically on deal sourcing for early-stage blockchain and cryptocurrency startups. He also worked as a Principal at LuneX Ventures and previously hosted the Decrypt Asia podcast, accumulating over seven years of professional experience in digital asset investments, operations, and fintech consultancy. In recognition of his early contributions to the digital asset and venture capital sectors, he was selected for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for finance in 2021. Aggarwal currently focuses his efforts on expanding Cosmos-based decentralized finance ecosystems, developing Bitcoin yield protocols, and bridging legacy finance with modern decentralized systems.
