Tulasee Rao Chintha

Tulasee Rao Chintha is the CTO and Co-founder of InpharmD, an AI-driven healthcare technology platform backed by Y Combinator. In this role, he leads the development of Sherlock, an AI-powered decision support tool that processes 30 million medical papers and integrates 1,300 vetted drug monographs in partnership with ASHP. Under his technical leadership, InpharmD has built a 40-billion parameter large language model, secured $8.05 million in seed funding, and grown its platform to support over 50,000 healthcare users. Previously, he spent five years as a Senior Software Engineer at TCS and accumulated a decade of experience as a full-stack architect specializing in machine learning and cloud infrastructure. Holding a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Chintha currently focuses on advancing pharmaceutical decision support through proprietary large language models and patented artificial intelligence solutions.
