Tugce Ergul

Tugce Ergul is the Founding Partner and Executive Director of Angel Labs, based in San Francisco. In this role, she oversees an investor accelerator operating across more than 40 countries that has educated over 2,000 potential investors globally. Prior to founding Angel Labs, Ergul served as Managing Director at Startup Labs, where she managed a portfolio of over 30 early-stage investments, and previously worked as an investment banker at Rothschild. Throughout her career, she has managed more than $100 million in investments and earned recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 and Fortune 40 Under 40 lists in 2018. She holds a degree in finance from Sorbonne University and a master's degree in international management from Bocconi University. Her current focus remains on expanding global venture capital access, facilitating seed investments, and driving technological innovation across emerging markets.
