Tucker Cottingham is a legal technology entrepreneur based in San Francisco, California, and the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Lawyaw. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco in 2011 and subsequently built a private law practice in the city before transitioning into the software sector. Under his leadership, Lawyaw developed cloud document automation tools that scaled to serve legal professionals across more than 35 states, generating over 40,000 legal documents daily. The company was recently acquired by Clio, the largest legal practice management provider in the nation, marking the largest acquisition to date for Clio.
