Troy Cichos

Troy Cichos is the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Madrona Ventures, based in Seattle, Washington. In this capacity, he manages operations, finance, legal, and human resources for the firm, while also overseeing support teams for affiliated organizations including Create33 and Madrona Venture Labs. Before his tenure of over 25 years at Madrona, he spent six years at Deloitte & Touche as an associate and tax manager, and three years serving as a manager at ITT Financial. Additionally, he holds an ownership stake of under five percent in Madrona Venture Group and serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. His career focuses on providing comprehensive financial, administrative, and operational infrastructure to support venture capital firms and early-stage technology startups.
