Trent Mano

Trent Mano is a General Partner at Convoi Ventures based in Chicago, Illinois. Before joining the firm in 2022, he served as a Principal at Lightbank, where he executed operations and strategy for emerging enterprise software and supply chain optimization startups. Mano holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and currently oversees more than $100 million in assets under management across a growing portfolio of 20 early-stage companies. His investment track record features notable logistics and transportation technology platforms such as project44, FourKites, and Loadsmart, and he recently helped close Convoi's $50 million Fund II in March 2025. Drawing on his extensive background in venture capital, Mano currently focuses on leading seed and Series A investments in North American founders building transformative industrial software and AI-enabled supply chain operations.
