Tracy Killoren Chadwell is the Founding Partner of 1843 Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Washington, DC, and New York, NY. Before launching the firm in 2016, she served as a Partner at Baker Capital, a $1 billion growth equity fund, and worked as a Vice President at the investment bank Robertson Stephens. Her venture investment portfolio features ten companies, including notable early stakes in Beautycounter, which exited at a $1 billion valuation, and the publicly traded Tempo Automation. Chadwell currently serves as a board member for Recuro Health and a board observer for Corsha, while also earning recognition on the Forbes 50 Over 50 list.
