Tony Ho

Tony Ho is the Lead Engineer for the Customer Value Fund at General Catalyst in San Francisco. He earned his undergraduate degrees in applied mathematics and computer science from Harvard University, where he won a campus hackathon before beginning his career as a software developer for an early technology recruiting firm. Ho subsequently transitioned into the media and entertainment sector to serve as the Chief Technology Officer at EDO, a data analytics company focused on predicting marketing effectiveness across television, film, and digital platforms. Prior to his current position, he worked as the director of engineering at an early-stage venture capital firm. At General Catalyst, he currently focuses on building data-driven engineering systems to analyze company cohorts and cash flows, applying his technical background in predictive analytics to assess business fundamentals and venture capital outcomes.
