Tony DeMartino

Tony DeMartino is a founding partner at Pallas Advisors, a national security consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. Prior to entering the private sector, he served as a career Army Infantry officer for 24 years, retiring as a Colonel after completing five years of combat deployments across Afghanistan and Iraq. During his military tenure, he commanded the 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division and later served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense. DeMartino also held the position of Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary of Defense and previously worked as the managing director and chief operating officer at SBD Advisors. A former Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, his current focus centers on bridging defense innovation, national security policy, and strategic consulting.
