Tony Conrad

Tony Conrad is the Managing Partner at Long Journey Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2022, he co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pandora, scaling the digital audio platform to over 80 million users prior to its acquisition by SiriusXM. His entrepreneurial background also includes co-founding FeedBurner, a web feed management provider that Google acquired in 2007, and the instructional video platform HowCast. A telecommunications and business graduate, Conrad has executed more than 20 independent angel deals and currently oversees a portfolio of over 50 companies at his current firm. He recently led a 2023 investment in the artificial intelligence video startup Synthesia. His current investment focus centers on early-stage technology startups operating across consumer internet, artificial intelligence, and digital media.
