Tommy Stadlen is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Giant Ventures, a global venture capital firm based in London that invests in purpose-driven technology startups. Before launching the firm, he co-founded Swing Technologies, an imaging technology startup that reached over eight million users before being acquired by Microsoft in 2017. Following this acquisition, Stadlen served in product leadership roles at Microsoft and previously advised global corporate executives as a strategy and management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds academic degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics, and he co-authored the management book "Connect" alongside former BP CEO Lord John Browne. Stadlen's current investment focus centers on climate technology, healthcare, and inclusive capitalism, managing a $250 million capital pool to back early-stage founders who are addressing critical global challenges.
