Tommaso Landi

Tommaso Landi is a London-based Venture Partner at 500 Global, where he sources and invests in early-stage technology startups across the European market. Before assuming his current position in early 2024, he served as a Partner at Balderton Capital from 2019 to 2023 and held earlier investment roles at other venture firms following a career in management consulting. Landi holds a Master of Science in Economics from Bocconi University and has backed more than 40 companies throughout his venture capital career. His investment portfolio includes notable transactions such as the 2023 funding of artificial intelligence startup Wayve and the 2021 initial public offering of food delivery platform Deliveroo. He currently focuses on providing early-stage capital and hands-on advisory support to European founders operating within the SaaS, artificial intelligence, fintech, climate tech, and deep tech sectors.
