Tomer Kulla

Tomer Kulla is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Conntour, an artificial intelligence startup focused on security camera monitoring. Before establishing his current venture, he founded Nilus, an eCommerce advertising technology company specializing in machine learning recommendation engines, which he subsequently sold to an undisclosed buyer. His technical background includes serving as a Director of Engineering, where he managed a group of three distinct development teams while maintaining hands-on expertise in web architecture, MLOps, and big data infrastructure. At Conntour, Kulla has secured institutional backing from prominent venture capital firms Y Combinator and General Catalyst, and the company was selected for the inaugural Palantir fellowship program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on computer vision, and his career centers on deploying advanced machine learning models to build scalable enterprise technology platforms.
