Tomasz Swieboda

Tomasz Swieboda is the Managing Partner at Inovo Venture Partners, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in Poland. He brings over 14 years of financial experience to his current role, having previously spent three years in investment banking at Rothschild & Co and three years in private equity at Penta Investments, a firm with over €5 billion in assets under management. Swieboda graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and currently serves on the board of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Through Inovo's €54 million fund, he has directed investments into approximately 30 technology startups, including recognizable regional successes such as Booksy, Tidio, and Infermedica. His current investment focus centers on pre-revenue, seed-stage technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe that are building B2B or green tech solutions for the United States market.
