Tomasz Golinski

Tomasz Goliński is the Founding Partner and General Partner at Cofounder Zone, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage and scaling startups. Drawing on his extensive professional background in investment banking and corporate finance, he previously established one of the largest business angel ecosystems in Poland to support regional innovation. He holds formal degrees in economics, law, and commodity science, alongside a Ph.D. centered on research commercialization and resource innovation, having conducted his doctoral research at the Stanford University School of Engineering. Furthermore, Goliński has completed specialized certifications in venture capital investing and technology entrepreneurship through Kauffman Fellows, UC Berkeley, and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Today, his primary investment focus centers on backing more mature, revenue-generating technology companies that require strategic capital and operational guidance to successfully navigate complex scaling challenges across international markets.
