Tom V. Brooks

Tom V. Brooks is a Partner at Catalio Capital Management, where he serves on the Structured Opportunities Investment Committee and focuses on venture capital investments. Previously, he spent seven years as an executive officer at Constellation Energy Group from 2001 to 2008, holding titles including Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President, and President of Constellation Energy Resources. Earlier, Brooks developed the domestic power business within the Fixed Income Currency and Commodities Division at Goldman Sachs and was a founding partner of AERX, which Enron acquired in 1992. He began his career as a geophysicist in oil and gas exploration before earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University. Today, he leverages his extensive background in energy markets and commodities trading to guide strategic investments in innovative technologies and structured opportunities.
